Cancellation and Refund Policy: I understand that I have seven (7) days to cancel this agreement and have 100% of my deposit refunded. Thereafter, I understand that there is a minimum non-refundable cancellation fee of $1,500.00 per training (only if more than this amount has been paid), in addition to the deposit. I agree that this is a reasonable fee, necessary for covering the expenses that the Tad James Co. incurs in order to make the training a valuable learning experience for me. I understand that prior to attending this training I may have telephone access to coaches and trainers who are available to assist me in the event that I need such assistance, in preparation for this training. The cancellation fee makes these trainers available to me. If I cancel a training, I will be refunded any amount I have paid in excess of the cancellation fee for that training. There are some exceptions. Additional conditions regarding cancellation are posted at www.NLPCoaching.com/refunds which is a part of this agreement. This agreement is not binding until approved by the Tad James Co. office. I acknowledge and understand that the non-refundable cancellation fee may only be applied to a future training with Tad James Co., valid for two (2) years from the date of the enrollment agreement. I understand that if I receive certain bonus product(s) with my enrolment and I cancel my enrolment within (7) days of this agreement, if I open the products out of their plastic seal or the seal has been in any way tampered with, I will be due to pay for the product the RRP of the respective product(s). These prices can be found on shop.NLPCoaching.com; this amount will then be deducted from any amount refundable, if issued.
