Are you having happy thoughts? What’s your emotional state? (Using an example to explain her point further) Many people in America nowadays, I don’t know about other countries, but people mostly in the western world are emotionally not responding to their crisis because it is mellow and everything’s possible right now. So when a crisis occurs they are frozen, they don’t know how to react to the situation. There is too much emotion that overwhelms them and eventually short circuits the brain.
Take care of your emotions, you guys can go a lot of time line therapy, clean up do a mental process, an emotional process and don’t go to bed with negative emotions inside you. And also as I said take care of your physical body because mind and body are interconnected. You need to decide, get resources, take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.

Adopt strategies and patterns that successful people use.

What is the principle, what it takes to be successful? People become successful by the process of modeling. They modeled all successful patterns from different areas, they put them all together and create a foundation.
Do you think that Bill Clinton was trained?
Tad
Yes ! The answer is yes
Adriana
Do you think that George Bush was trained?
Tad
There is no evidence if he wasn’t. If he understood it actually (Audience laughs)

Now do you think our current president is training?
Tad
Do you think that Barack Obama is training?
Adriana
Absolutely
Tad
In fact there is evidence. If you look at the speeches linguistically there is absolute evidence.

He is fantastic. I have to admit. The guy is incredible.

Have you seen Gordon Brown in the UK? Was he trained ? The answer is no
Adriana
Tony Blair?
Tad
Was Tony Blair trained ? Yes absolutely You can see which politicians have been trained. The fact is these guys are winners.
Adriana
So find those patterns, learn those patterns that will make you winners. Patterns that will set you apart from the other people.
Tad
No matter where you are right now there is a way out. You can turn the situation around. But you need to have a plan, you need to have a goal. So the next point is.

Make a Plan

Have a goal, have an idea of where you want to go and decide if that is where you want to go.
Adriana
It depends on you if you are a person that moves towards or away from. It doesn’t matter because none of them is bad and both of them work. If you are towards then make your plan towards. If you are away from it then contemplate what will happen if things go really south. Don’t run on it , its good to be realistic.

Be Prepared.

And think what would happen if I lose my house, lose my job and lose my money. What can I do then to be safe. But don’t wait for that to happen. Once you have contemplated it put it aside. Then focus on what you want and make a plan so that you in advance take all the steps necessary that will lead you on the path of success.
Thats the next move.

Yes, look at people who are successful. Look at business leaders, they are everywhere doesn’t matter where we live. There are people who are really successful, there are people who didn’t buy into the fear factor. These people found new strategies, thats how they started. More of those strategies and more of that success, you look at people who didn’t suspend their disbelief in contrary to everything that the media and other institutions tells you.
These people are like it is possible to be successful, it is possible to be prosperous, its possible to be healthy. Its still possible to fulfill your life’s desires

And if you are a victim then get out. No seriously don’t sit around and be a victim. Thats the most dis-empowering thing you can possibly do.
Adriana
Blaming others for your misfortune will never help you in any form or shape I promise you. It will only give you more heartache.
Tad
Even if you have to step out of the comfort zone being a victim will not empower you.
Adriana
Thats absolutely not empowering you. The only thing that will ever empower you is finding that core, that source of immutable power inside you. The immutable resources, safety and comfort inside you.
Tad
And one more thought. Let go of your fear. You might say how do I do that? And then time line therapy comes to mind. You need to know that with time line therapy its possible to let go of your fear and tensions. The average amount of time it takes to let go of all your fear from the past is 10 minutes.

We all know time line therapy? Is it true?
Tad
If you dwell on your fear you will get your fear and your fear will come at you. If on the other hand you dwell on positivity, you will let go of your fear and what you will find is that you can keep your focus on what matters to you. You can keep your attention, you can bypass your critical factor and open up to suggestions of wealth, prosperity and success. (you can do it)
