How You Can Change Your Fitness Results in Blink of an Eye With NLP

This is a short story just to share with you my remarkable results. Although I use NLP and Time Line Therapy® techniques for a while this one really amazed me; and it did so in a special way because it did not take long, it was not hard or difficult, and it produced instant results.

I used the technique of mapping across (from the NLP Practitioner training) with my friend who had a hard time doing a MuscleUp. Muscle Up in ClassFit is an extremely hard move. It’s a pull-up to the waist using momentum arriving to the top of the pull-up bar with locked elbows.

He was trying and trying, he kept doing the pull-up till the chest. His body could not get the momentum to push himself up all the way.

I had him come off the bar and I asked him: is it ok with your body and your UM for you to perform MuscleUp right now. Making sure that it’s ecological is an important step in all this process.

He said yes!

Then I continued: Is there something that you are really good at in CrossFit?

He thought for a moment and then answered: “Snatches”.

Then right then and there I did a Mapping-Across with him and changed the submodalities of the picture he held in his mind of how he was not a success at MuscleUP with the submodalities of how good he was at Snatches.

He got on the bar and did a MuscleUp right away!

Amazing! He is still talking about it!
