Are you scared of declaring your true intention and if you do it, it is always with copouts? Why do you do that?
Because if you say it out loud, or you dare to post it on social media, you have to do it. You have to take action and do it. But what if you fail and you’re laughed at?
When you do something – like playing computer games and you’re immersed in it fully, it’s like an obsession – all you want to do is talk about it.
But not everyone is a winner. And losing sucks. Losing once, twice…eventually gets to you.
Entitlement goes only for as far as it goes. Pretending you didn’t lose and it does not affect you can work only temporarily, but still does not answer the question: What do I really want to do now? What do I do now, am I just gonna quit because feeling like a loser sucks? Or am I gonna decide to win from now on? What does it take to get there? Winning takes a certain mentality; a different way of thinking. Are you willing to change your thinking?
And then you decide you’re gonna be a winner. You want to be a winner. You will do whatever it takes to be a winner. You want to be spoiled and enjoy your life. Two weeks later, you’re already tempted to give up. You don’t even want to remember what you decided before. What happened?
During this time, one major thing happened: You got scared. You don’t know how to proceed. You’re confused. It’s too hard. Your fears and anxieties are now up and in your face. What will your friends say if you’re not making it? What will they think of you?
The difference between wanting or willing something and making that happen is the difference between winning and losing. According to the thinking in our school of NLP, one of the absolutes making the difference between winners and losers is the willingness to take responsibility for one’s success. It is easy to declare it, but then again, how do you do that?
In NLP, we first discover what makes us afraid of what we want to achieve. What are the mental and emotional obstacles that prevent you from getting to where you want to be – a winner? It could be stuff like:
These obstacles are mostly internal and both NLP and Time Line Therapy® can help first with unraveling them, finding out what they are, and then changing them in such a way they suit you.
What you’re trying to adjust is impossible until you understand it first. NLP can unpack all your mental and emotional processes – what you do in your mind, all the un-useful strategies that block you now and help you make sense of what keeps you back. In other words, what does not allow you to be a winner.
The next step with the help of NLP and Time Line Therapy® is then to change those limitations and blockages, so you know what to do, how to do it and achieve what you desire.
Time Line Therapy® can change useless thoughts, beliefs and decisions that lead to fear and anxiety, and assist in letting go of Negative Emotions like fear, confusion, stress, and ability to make decisions and stick with those decisions. Free of all Negative Emotions, you can then proceed calmly and reassuringly on the road to winning.
